Research Support Technique
I am a dietitian-nutritionist. In 2017, I earned my PhD in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition with a project focused on the early programming of obesity during breastfeeding. Some components of the diet and the composition of breast milk seem to play a role in the offspring’s future health. I have worked in clinical consultations for over five years, both in hospital settings and private practice. Between 2018 and 2021, I was a lecturer at the Open University of Catalonia and the International University of Valencia. Currently, I am fully dedicated to research in the area of health promotion through telemedicine tools. I have found my passion and hope to continue working in this field for a long time.
